UK - Royal Mail Special Delivery: £5

Europe - International Tracked: £15-£20 (depending on weight)

Rest of World - International Tracked: £20-£25 (depending on weight)

Some items may have a higher cost if they are over £250 or a heavier weight. Shipping costs for these items will be in the item description. 

USA TAX

We are still setting up tax options for our USA customers to pay via our website. Currently, we are using either Royal Mail or DPD to send to USA. Duties and taxes will be paid by the customer BEFORE delivery. Please ensure your contact details are correct when ordering from us. Taxes are estimated to be between 10-15% of your purchase (not including shipping).

You will be contacted by the shipping provider once the shipment has been booked and the payment will need to be made before delivery.

How can I pay for my item?

We accept PayPal, credit cards, debit cards including Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro and MasterCard. We also accept Apple Pay.

 

Where is my order?

Orders will be sent out within 2 working days of purchase (working days are Monday-Friday).

Please first check the tracking number provided via email. If you are unsure about the tracking status on an item, do not hesitate to get in touch via Instagram or on info@luxequarter.com. We will do our very best to help with parcels which are delayed. If a parcel loses tracking and goes missing, we will review this on a case by case basis.

 

Are all items authentic?

Yes. All items on the website are 100% authentic. We can provide serial numbers upon request.

 

Can I reserve an item?

No, we do not reserve items or take deposits.

 

Do you accept offers?

No, all prices are final.
