Luxe Quarter ship worldwide.

All parcels are shipped via Royal Mail. If an item is too big for Royal Mail's international size restrictions or over £250, it will be sent with an alternative courier. This will result in a different price to the prices listed below.

We will ship all orders within two working days. Once the item is shipped, we will provide tracking information. Please contact us if you have not received your tracking number within two working days.

CUSTOMS

USA TAX

We are still setting up tax options for our USA customers to pay via our website. Currently, we are using either Royal Mail or DPD to send to USA. Duties and taxes will be paid by the customer BEFORE delivery. Please ensure your contact details are correct when ordering from us. Taxes are estimated to be between 10-15% of your purchase (not including shipping).

You will be contacted by the shipping provider once the shipment has been booked and the payment will need to be made before delivery.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

The customer may receive import VAT / customs charges if ordering from outside the UK. Luxe Quarter is not responsible for these charges and they must be paid by the customer. Luxe Quarter is not responsible for delays which may happen in customs. Please note, since the UK is no longer apart of the EU, customs charges will also apply to countries within the EU. These must be paid by the buyer.

We cannot under declare the value of the goods on customs forms. The customs value will be the value of the order.

Orders under £50 - £4 Royal Mail 1st Class

EUROPE

Please allow up to 25 working days due to Brexit and new customs regulations

£15 - £20 depending on weight (including tracking)

REST OF WORLD

Please allow up to 25 working days 

£20 - £25 depending on weight (including tracking)
