Shipping policy

Buyers will have to provide certain personal details when making their order but these details are only use for the purpose of the order. Your contact details will need to be sent electronically to couriers to ensure a smooth delivery process. For certain countries, the courier will recommend including contact details (contact number and/or email address on the package). Please understand that for customs purposes and to avoid delays, we may need to add this to the outside of the package. 

Currently, Luxe Quarter uses Royal Mail for most deliveries. If this to change, this section will be updated. We may also use DPD, UPS, Parcelforce, Fedex and others. 

The shipping costs provided by Luxe Quarter include cost for the delivery provided by the courier, the packaging time and any insurance costs.

We aim to send out orders within 3 working days of the purchase. We do not have control over delivery times but tracking is always provided with all orders.

Luxe Quarter will NOT be held responsible for lost parcels.

Luxe Quarter is not responsible for any import VAT / customs charges which the customer may receive.
